Casinova licence check: why the public record conflicts

Some reviews report Anjouan licensing; other current databases show no licence record or no valid licence. The conflict must be resolved with a verifiable register entry, not a badge.

The identity chain

A complete check links brand, domain, legal entity, company number, licence number, regulator register entry and complaint route. Public sources currently disagree on several Casinova fields. Without the chain, a badge can be copied or refer to another company.

02

What not to assume

SSL encryption is basic transport protection, not proof of licensing or solvency. A provider logo is not proof that every displayed game is an authorised build. An affiliate agreement with KNG Partners is not the same as an operator licence.

03

Publication rule

This site records the conflict and date. It does not fill the gap with a confident conclusion. Any future correction should cite the regulator entry and preserve the previous version in the change log.

Evidence checklist

  • Match the licence number to the legal entity.
  • Use a regulator register, not an image badge.
  • Keep affiliate and operator roles separate.
  • Foreign licensing does not create AU authorisation.
